Welcome to Art Avenue Studio.

 

Art Avenue Studio offers live lessons in Fine Art (Drawing and Painting) by a professional full-time working artist. Our lessons are available to both beginner and advanced artists in our home based studio.

 

Art Classes are available at the Art Avenue Studiol for children (6-14 years old) and young adults (15+yrs), and those individuals looking for personal instruction.

 

Portfolio preparation classes are ideally suited to those artists looking to build a portfolio to pursue a professional career. They are also available to the casual artist looking to further develop their skill and appreciation of a given technique or medium.

 

Fees:

 

Art classes for children (6-14 yrs) - $25.00/1 hour

 

Art classes for young adults (15+yrs) - $25.00/1 hour

 

Portfolio preparation class - $25.00/1 hour

Teacher Profile:

George Bazhanov is a full-time fine artist.

 

Born in Kyiv, Ukraine George received his Bachelor of Art from Kyiv College of Art and Design and his Master of Art from Ukrainian University of Graphic Arts. He worked as a website/graphic designer and mural artist, keeping up on his traditional drawing and painting. George allowed both sides of corporate design and personal art to feed each other.

His older son Vadim Bazhanov under George's guidance and training was accepted and successfully graduated from Sheridan Institute’s award winning animation program at the top of his class. Vadim has worked in leading industry feature film studios including BlueSky Studios and DreamWorks Animation as a feature film storyboard artist. Some of the films he has worked on include Rio, Ice Age 4, and The Shadow King. He is currently working at DreamWorks Animation on a new film in development.
